Since graduating from University of the Arts London with a BA Hons Degree in Film & Television, Producing & Writing, Louise has worked for world famous casting director’s for film, TV, theatre and commercials. Casting directors she has
assisted include, Jina Jay, Hubbard Casting, Lucy Bevan, Lucinda Syson, Pippa Ailion, Jessica Ronane and BBC Drama. She has
worked on prestigious projects such as, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Deep Water, Pan, Hercules, Homeland, 24, The Game, Roald Dahl’s Esio Trot, Holby City, The Lion King the musical, Wicked the musical, Mamma Mia the musical and many more.
Louise particularly loves to work with young performers. In 2012 she began working in West End children’s casting departments for Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Billy Elliot where she scouted talented children from all over the UK. She was the children’s casting co ordinator for the open calls for the highly anticipated Warner Bros Pictures feature film, Pan directed by Joe Wright and held at Wembley Arena. Louise assisted with running the children’s acting workshop of Michael Grandage’s, Genius, starring Jude Law and Nicole Kidman. She recently conducted the child’s search for a young Michael Fassbender in Justin Kurzel’s latest feature film, Assassins Creed.
The London Theatre Factory combines Louise’s love for working with young performers and her interest in theatre as a whole. The industry professionally led theatre arts workshops, give children the opportunity to take part in every aspect of theatre, both performance and technical, supplying them with the tools they need to create and produce truly magical, immersive and interactive performances for both children and parents to enjoy. The London Theatre Factory also offers casting workshops for adult and child actors preparing for an audition as well as professional workshops in speech and drama and acting coaching.
Alice is a student at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts studying BA Hons Theatre Production. She was a National Youth Theatre Member where she attended their impressive costume course. She has been Head of Lighting and Sound for the Yew Tree Centre for the past five years. She most recently stage managed the Royal performance of 'Last Train to Tomorrow', with Carl Davis Conducting at The Roundhouse in London. Further credits include, The Boyfriend, Anything Goes, Honk, Joseph, The Sea and The Country Wife.

Will trained at the Guildford School of Acting where he received a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre. As an actor and puppeteer, Will has enjoyed a varied pallet of roles; from Will Scarlett in the revival premiere of Twang!! (dir. Ian Talbot), to St John - a 10 foot dragon, in Sleeping Beauty(dir. Zoë Waterman). Will has just finished workshopping The Wicker Husband, a new musical at the Unicorn Theatre - London, where he helped devise and create puppetry and movement for the show.
Will was once the youngest Punch and Judy man in the world and continues to uphold this tradition. Within the puppetry world he has served as puppetry director for various shows (notably Urban Fairytale **** - Three Weeks, for Old Red Lion Theatre - London, and later the Edinburgh Fringe) and regularly takes commissions to design and build puppets for shows.
He has been teaching for over six years, both as an acting and singing teacher and is in high demand as a visiting practitioner at schools and colleges across the country, teaching skills from physical acting to puppetry. He has worked as a director and assistant director on numerous productions, having recently been assistant director to Olivier nominated director Steven Dexter on Chess at the Union Theatre - London.

Rhiannon Barker is an experienced actress and stage combat fighter who trained at East 15 Acting School. After training, she continued her stage combat in short films, theatre and in the up and coming feature film, The Hound, released Summer 2016.
Rhiannon has had over 8 years experience leading children's drama workshops where her and the children focus on the social and political issues in a particular play. Rhiannon has also worked in Europe teaching children English and Drama.

Roddy is an experienced actor who trained at the world famous Bristol Old Vic Theatre School where he was awarded the Laurence Olivier Bursary. His theatre credits include: The BFG (Bolton Octagon), Alice's Adventures Underground (Les Enfants Terribles), Bath Time (Oxford Playhouse), A Christmas Carol (Birmingham Rep), Floyd Collins (Southwark Playhouse), Minotaur (Bristol Old Vic), The Lazy Elf (Arts West End) and Richard II (Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory). He has recorded an episode of Radio 4's The Archers, and filmed a role in the BBC Film Eight Minutes Idle. Roddy is also a freelance drama teacher and for nearly 14 years now has passed on his enthusiasm and knowledge to young people across the country.
